Before I discovered the Phat Friday sample kit, my life was like an endless loop of monotony, the kind where you keep hitting the same dead-end, hoping for a miracle that never comes. My beats were lifeless, my inspiration was on life support, and I was starting to think I’d never feel the spark again. Then, like a beacon in the darkness, I found the Phat Friday sample kit, and everything changed. The drums shook me awake, the samples filled the void in my life, and the cuts sliced open the darkness allowing soul to ooze out. Now, everything’s different. My tracks are alive with that raw, gritty energy I’d been missing, and my once hollow existence is filled with the dusty, soulful rhythms I’d been searching for all along. Before the PF packs I spent a long time scrolling through youtube and tracklib for hours to find worthy samples. This took away from the time i could spend on actually making beats. Now that i've got the packs it means that every week i have a bunch of great samples to use, and i often find myself going back to the previous weeks' samples because they're so damn good. Coupled with this, having a select few samples to work with each week improves your creativity and sample work a ton, plus having fresh samples every friday keeps me motivated to make beats and use the samples as they deserve. We have all sorts of samples to work with, plus scratch cuts and banging drums - i couldn't recommend it more highly in all honesty
